Months of speculations finally lead to Nick Jonas, reportedly dropping a hint that he is indeed tying the knot with Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra. Although this confirmation comes from indirect sources who claim that the singer graciously replied, “Thanks, man” to a fan’s congratulatory message, it has set the online world ablaze and media portals getting ready for another big celebrity wedding.
According to online reports, Jonas made a solo appearance at his new fragrance launch party, where he was approached by a fan waiting to congratulate him on his engagement to the 36-year-old beauty. It was here that the singer allegedly thanked the fans. While it seems like it was just a simple gesture, media portals are taking this as the long-awaited confirmation since the couple reportedly got engaged in July, on PeeCee’s birthday.
In an interview with an international magazine, Nick even went as far as admitting that having a family of his own “is the goal” and although he didn’t know when, he says, “I need to give my nieces cousins at some point.”
Meanwhile, Priyanka herself added fuel to an already raging fire when she was caught on camera taking off a ring on her left ring finger and quickly placing it in her pocket before heading out of the airport. The actress is currently in Mumbai, to shoot for her Bollywood next, ‘The Sky Is Pink’.
If reports are anything to go by, then the couple will tie the knot in October.
